Digital Marketing Manager

Viscadia is inviting applications for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team in the Gurgaon office. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and executing successful social media marketing campaigns and growing a company’s digital footprint. You will be actively engaged in elevating the firm’s brand presence and growing web traffic through collaborations with the CEO and cross-functional teams

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute social media strategies that drive engagement and lead generation 
  • Drive the vendor partner, coordinate with the internal and external team and manage social media content 
  • Conduct social media audits with detailed reports comprising of insights on campaign performance as well as future recommendations 
  • Creating and assisting with the creation of interesting content for blogs, infographics, static creatives, videos, and webinars 
  • Engaging with the target audience on social media channels through CRM best practices 
  • Accountable for the strategy, plan and execution of outbound email campaigns 
  • Manage the SEO initiatives – strategizing, planning, and execution – to increase visibility for the firm through SEO best practices 
  • Collaborate with external vendor partner to monitor technical SEO issues and fix them 
  • Help with identifying and implementing internal cross-linking opportunities as well as external backlinking opportunities & missing links 
  • Review and analyse analytics and site traffic to gauge impact of changes while also benchmarking performance against industry standards 
  • Coordinating with external vendor partner for website maintenance including regular updates based on internal and external events, content upgrade/addition, and industry analyses to recommend appropriate enhancements 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field 
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a digital marketing with 1+ year in leadership position  
  • Proficiency in MS Office and latest design tools & technologies 
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics. Strong understanding of LinkedIn and experience managing a LinkedIn account 
  • Experience using web analytics and keyword research tools 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Strong organizational and project management skills 
  • Highly creative and self-motivated 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
