Viscadia is looking for a seasoned PowerPoint Specialist to join its Marketing team. As a PowerPoint Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the visual appeal and effectiveness of our presentations by transforming complex information into engaging, visually compelling PowerPoint
slides. You will use your creativity and attention to detail to create clear and accurate visual presentations in PowerPoint, translating ideas into eye-catching slides and visual stories that create impact.
Located in Viscadia's Gurgaon office in India, the candidate will collaborate closely with marketing team members, consultants, team leaders, and colleagues worldwide, engaging in projects with an international reach.

Responsibilities
- Use your creativity and attention to detail to create clear and accurate visual presentations in PowerPoint, translating ideas into eye-catching slides and visual stories that create impact.
- In addition to creating new slides, you will also edit, rework, and enhance existing materials, and proofread all documents to ensure they meet our quality standards.
- Partner with our consultants to understand their needs and offer solutions with support from your team and brainstorm ideas together.
- Collaborating with creative departments, marketing, and sales teams.
- Understand the latest PowerPoint trends and designs and can add visuals, charts, and graphics to create presentations that capture the audience’s attention.
- Approach every project with the end-user and audience as your starting point.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.
- 3-4 years of professional experience as a PowerPoint Specialist or similar role, in a management consulting firm or a related field.
- Have the technical know-how to maximize Microsoft PowerPoint’s functions.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Experience with Camtasia, Keynote, After Effects, Premiere, illustration, HTML/CSS, video editing, or motion graphics is a plus.
- Good conceptual skills: a high-level sense of typography, illustration, and visual composition.
- Strong attention to detail, quality mindset, and drive for continuous improvement and results.
- Strong passion for understanding business concepts and terminology.
- Ability to communicate effectively—both verbally and in writing—in English.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with data visualization best practices is a plus.
